BALLPOINT PEN REFILLS
F-Refill
Our F-Refill is available in black, blue, and red ink colors and in 0.7mm, 1.0mm, and 1.6mm point sizes. This refill is compatible with any of the following Zebra Pen Ballpoints:
- F-301 Retractable Ballpoint
- F-301 Compact Ballpoint
- F-301A Retractable Ballpoint
- F-402 Retractable Ballpoint
- F-701 All Metal Retractable Ballpoint
We also offer an All Metal F-Refill that is designed to complement our F-701 All Metal Retractable Ballpoint.
To refill any of these Zebra ballpoint pens, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Carefully untwist the tip of the pen barrel.
Step 2: Remove the empty refill. In this case, you can also remove the spring with the refill since our F-Refills come with springs attached.
Step 3: Insert your new refill with the spring attached into the tip of the pen.
Step 4: Place this back into the pen barrel and twist.
Step 5: Retract the pen and remove the plastic nib from the tip of the refill.
Step 6: Do a scribble test to get your ink flowing and you’re all set!
K-Refill
If you love our X-701 Retractable Ballpoint, you’ll need to resort to our K-Refill which is only compatible with this pen.
Follow the steps below to refill your X-701.
Step 1: Carefully untwist the tip of the pen barrel. There is a spring inside of the pen, so you’ll want to be careful.
Step 2: Remove the empty ink refill and spring.
Step 3: Place the spring onto the new refill.
Step 4: Insert the refill ink into the barrel of the pen.
Step 5: To make sure the refill is engaged with the pen, give the pen a few clicks before reinserting the tip of the barrel.
Step 6: Place the tip of the barrel back on the pen and twist.
Step 7: Retract the pen and remove the plastic nib from the tip of the refill.
Step 8: Do a scribble test to get your ink flowing and you’re all set!
GEL PEN REFILLS
When it comes to gel pens, we offer three varieties of gel ink refills, each of which are compatible with specific Zebra Pen gel pens. Be sure to read the list of pens each refill is compatible with to ensure that you are using the correct refill.
JK-Refill
Our JK-Refill is compatible with any of the following Zebra Pen Gel Pens:
- G-301 Gel Retractable
- G-402 Gel Retractable
- G-450 Gel Retractable
- G-750 Gel Retractable
To refill any of these Zebra gel pens, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Carefully untwist the tip of the pen barrel. There is a spring inside of the pen, so you’ll want to be careful.
Step 2: Remove the empty refill and be sure to place the spring back into the tip of the pen.
Step 3: Insert your new ink refill inside of the spring in the tip of the pen.
Step 4: Place back into the barrel of the pen and twist the top back on.
Step 5: Retract the pen and remove the plastic nib from the tip of the refill.
Step 6: Do a scribble test to get your ink flowing and you’re all set!
NC-Refill
If you’re a fan of our bLen gel pen, reach for our NC-Refill. Our NC-Refill fits Zebra bLen pens in either the white or black barrels and are available in black ink.
To refill your bLen pen, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Carefully twist the tip of the pen barrel and take apart your pen.
Step 2: Remove the empty ink refill.
Step 3: Place the new ink refill into the tip of the pen.
Step 4: Twist the tip of the pen barrel back together with the body of the pen.
Step 5: Retract the pen and remove the plastic nib from the tip of the refill.
Step 6: Do a scribble test to get your ink flowing and you’re all set!
LV-Refill
Our LV-Refill is compatible with any of the following Zebra Pen gel pens:

FOUNTAIN PEN REFILLS
V-Refill
Our V-301 Stainless STEEL fountain pen provides a rich ink flow from a steel nib and can be refilled with our V-Refill Cartridge.
Follow the steps below to refill your V-301.
Step 1: Holding the grip in your hand, twist the barrel counterclockwise to unscrew and open the pen.
Step 2: Pull out the current cartridge and then insert the refill into the grip side, small end first.
Step 3: Push the refill down until you hear a small “pop”. This indicates that the seal has been broken and the ink cartridge is locked firmly in place.
Step 4: Twist the barrel and grip back together.
Step 5: Shake the pen to get the ink flowing.
Step 6: Do a scribble test and you’re all set!
PERMANENT MARKER REFILLS
PM-701 Refill
Our PM-701 Refill is compatible with our stainless-STEEL PM-701 Permanent Marker and available in blue or black ink.
To refill your PM-701, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Carefully twist off the tip of the marker barrel. The tip of the PM-701 is completely removeable since our refill comes with a new tip and grip.
Step 2: Place the new refill into the barrel of the PM-701 and twist it until it’s in place.
Step 3: Remove the black protective cover from the tip of the marker and you’re all set! No need to do a scribble test since the ink will work right away.
MECHANICAL PENCIL REFILLS
